Founded in 2015 by Domitila Tapia and her family, Mimi’s Organic Inc. grew from a lifelong connection to agriculture and a determination to build something of their own.
What began as a dream of cultivating their own crops has grown from two acres into a farm spanning more than 50 acres. Our journey reflects the determination, experience, and family values that continue to guide our business.
